My stay at Apartmentsapart in Brussels was quite disappointing. While I loved the very good location and found the WiFi fast enough, the overall experience was marred by significant issues. The check-in process was a hassle, and I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes in a cold area with my luggage. Additionally, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the rude service left a bad taste in my mouth.

But I found the check-in process frustrating and the room conditions pretty poor. It was disappointing that the bed was just a sofa bed, and I had to deal with rudely handled service when I needed assistance.
